Located in the oldest section of Niagara-on-the Lake, this century old home is only a 2 minute stroll to the downtown Queen Street area, where you will find world class restaurants, the Shaw Festival and local boutiques. You can also visit some of Ontario’s most famous wineries.

The Swinton Cottage (circa 1885), has been lovingly restored and features all the original charm with all the modern amenities.

Relax and unwind from the days adventures as you nestle in front of a kindling fire. Savor local wines with your culinary masterpiece made in the fully-equipped kitchen or enjoy the outdoor garden while your meal sizzles on the grill.

The Swinton Cottage sleeps 6 people and features 2 Queen beds, 1 twin and 2 sofa beds.

Located in the oldest section of Niagara-on-the-Lake - just 2 blocks from shopping and restaurants. A short walk to the waterfront and golf course. Features a large veranda, a great spot to relax and unwind. Parking for 2 cars.

Main floor includes a large dining/living room, fireplace, TV, DVD and CD sound system. Sunroom on main floor includes a double size sofa bed.

One bedroom with queen size bed and 4 piece bathroom on main floor. Second floor includes a queen bed, a twin bed and a 4 piece bathroom.

Natural gas heat, central air conditioning, washer & dryer.

All linens & towels are supplied for your convenience.

Policies

Please review our policies prior to making your reservation. Booking your stay acknowledges your agreement to all items below.

- 25% deposit by VISA, Mastercard is required to confirm a reservation;
- remaining balance is due one month prior to check in date;
- a $25 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations;
- 25% of the rental amount is forfeited if cancelled within the last 30 days to check-in unless we are able to re-book;
- as per provincial legislation, no smoking is permitted inside the house;
- we regret we cannot accommodate pets;
- children are welcome;
- we request that shoes not be worn inside the property. Slippers are provided for your convenience;
- group or company packages can be arranged to include a catered meal, bike rentals, wine tour or spa treatments. Theatre tickets can also be purchased on your behalf providing they are available for your requested date;
- check-in time is 4pm or later (earlier time may be arranged whenever possible);
- check-out time is 11am.
